Congregate.

So, how did all of this get started anyway? We're glad you asked!

Our home has always been where the family gathered for holidays, graduations, proms or just because - usually four generations at a time. Our moments were filled with family and friends in practically every room of our home, eating, lounging, playing games, watching movies, enjoying the grounds, and especially appreciating each other.

Then, we began a tradition with colleagues from the North Carolina General Assembly, along with lobbyists and state leaders, of gathering families with no agenda other than escaping the madness of Raleigh and building lifelong friendships. Word began to spread, and non-profits, companies, and colleges started hosting staff and executive retreats in our private, off-the-radar home. Eventually, we also began hosting fundraisers for many of our state's most prominent elected officials and candidates.

Maybe our home was becoming home to everyone.

Celebrate.

And the story continues...

We began noticing how weddings and other high-profile gatherings were being hosted further and further away from Rocky Mount and Eastern North Carolina. With these trips to Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties came traffic, stress, and high prices. Others were also taking note and the response was a clear increase in the opening of venues, warehouses, factories, and event spaces. It seemed they were popping up everywhere.

So, our concept became a rather simple one... Rather than spending precious moments in a strange place.....

Why not stay home?

Now you can have your wedding, fundraiser, family reunion, book signing, birthday/holiday party, or corporate meeting at home...our home.

Commemorate.

We invite you to make lasting memories in our home too.

We call our home - The Assembly @9121.

So, your home has a name? Yes, it does, but that's not as strange as it sounds. Lots of families over the years named their homes. Oprah Winfrey named her home The Promise Land, and George Clooney named his home Villa Oleandra.

Our home is now your home at The Assembly @9121.

If you want to do what no one else is doing, then your search is over!
